on staying busy....

on staying busy....

i forced myself to do as much as i could today. i took 2 30 minute walks, cleaned the house, paid the bills, and made dinner. it was hard, i'm not gonna lie. by the time i was done i could barely muster the strength to take a shower. it was hard to even lift my legs. but before i knew it the day had passed and i wasn't fixated on the clock laying in my bed the whole time. i can only hope that wearing myself out will help with my sleep tonight.

so, even if you don't feel like or want to do it, keep yourself busy. it might be hard but it's a time eater and you'll actually feel a little better after getting those endorphins going.
