opiate after effects

I am 56 days off lortab, and still having the shakes and anxiety.  Anybody else been off the opiates that long and still have this problem? Of course the anxiety, is causing alot of tingling all over the body. Heart palpatations also.
Any info. is appreciated.  thank you

ahhhh the magic wand... i know u are holding out on us dear brother.. i bet u have buncehes of them stashed somewhere..


kim.... it will get better. amino acids help alot as well as maintaining a balanced diet..(stay away from the caffeinated stuff.. i was having blood sugar problems that i attributed to PAWS.. also was low in testosterone.. get a check up

53 days and counting,  I am up now and have been all night, sleep just does not come to me. Now last week I slept good for a few days and thought ok this is it, but lost the sleep 2 nights ago and here we go again. I think we all have our demons, mine is sleep and anxiety. I had a big slip right in the middle of it, it is not worth it. You can do this and I am  proff, I am doing and If I can do it after 4 1/2 years on vicoden you can too. Just a little encouragment from another dependant person.  good luck and prayers to you.

HI Kim......I wish I had a magic wand to make things like this go away but I dont.....its not uncommon to go threw stuff like this as you slowly get well every detox is different some people are over everything in 2 weeks others its months b/4 they feel right....I can simpasize with you my detox was long and hard ....but so was my habit...im sure your sick of hearing it but both God and time is really the only cure hang in there it will get better gradually
