oxycodone today is the day

Question

I hope to finish the work day out. I have one loratab to get me thru today then it will be cold turkey. I don't take the loratabs and I must say they feel nice. 

Anyway I think they are less stronger than the 70 mg of oxy's I have been on for the last 3 years. I'm prepared with xanax and imodium and vitamins gatorade and so on.

Melatonin is really good stuff. It works as well as the prescription stuff IMHO.

I was on Ambien for years and it eventually didn't work so well and I couldn't sleep without it.  Now I take 2 melatonin and I get a great sleep most of the time.  Good luck.

So proud of you to take this step.. I am at hour 48 of no pills after a 30 a day norco addiction which is same thing as lortab.  YOU CAN DO this.  you should also go buy the valerian root as it has been  a life saver for me in taking away the anxiety and melatonin too.  I too have taken xanax for sleep but let me tell you me experience.  On the day where i took the last pill i took two xanax and konked right out, day two i took 1.5 and slept great but last night i didnt want to take anything and had a horrible night, because i was still up at 4 am, then broke down and took one and an hour later was still going crazy so i took another one and only slept for 4 hours.  Now i'm terrified i'm going to get hooked on those though i have never taken them before in my whole life.  I just placed a call to my doctor and i am going to ask him for a px for ambien or something like that.  YOU CAN do this and this web site and the people on here are saving my life, we all care, we all were where you are and we never judge or tell lies.  Good luck, if you need help we are all here!

good luck dovecat! you can do this! just think about how free you'll be very soon - a few days of toughing it out and you'll be on the other side and you won't ever have to worry about running out of pills, feeling guilty, overdosing...just think of all the good things and focus on that to get through the next few days.
