Please make sure you're working with a doctor to safely detox.  While it is true, in general, that opiate withdrawals themselves won't kill you, there may be underlying medical conditions that would require physician supervision to ensure a safe detox.

You can not die from opiate withdrawals, unless your at like 200 mgs methadone u can do it at home if you want it bad enough from any opiate and even at 200 its possible, you gotta just dig down deep and keep your body and mind as healthy as possible through process and were here to guide you with advice just post or ask for advice when tough and you WILL get through so the answer to your question is you can safely detox from almost any opiate amount,  might not feel like it but you WILL pull through and you can do it just ask for advice n help...

Hi and welcome! There are many factors, such as your overall health, age, medical issues, etc etc etc :). However, that being said, many on here DO safely detox at home from oxycodone. How much are you using per day and for how long? Looking forward to getting to know you :).
