perc 30 withdrawels

I've been addicted to perc 30's for about two months now. I started out doing one or two pills a day, but have recently gotten to where I take eight to ten daily. I tried to stop cold turkey and had severe withdrawels after about two days I couldn't take it anymore. My question is the drug suboxone, will the withdrawels from that be as heavy and intense as the perc 30's?

I wouldnt go the Sub route until you have exhausted all other means.  It is not a miracle pill and it come with its own set of problems.  Have you tried to taper down?

That is gonna be tough to come off of but as the person said above you should try to taper as much as possible on the perc 30's until you are just taking tiny bits a day. Then you will have withdrawls but they will be much more tolerable and in about 5-7 days you will be close to normal. Try to avoid the suboxene because if you ever wanted to come off of that it will be way worse than the perc 30 withdrawls. They last for months. So if you do decide to go that route try to do a very short term and get away from it. Methadone which is a opiod just like suboxene sucked the life out of me. Oh I was functioning but it made me so numb to the world. If you have only been using for two months you will be able to overcome this fairly easy. I went through withdrawls from morphine 200's and k-4's that was unbearable but I survived. I have faith in you and know you can do this. Just keep telling yourself that and find things to occupy your time. Also they make a product that you can get at the health food store called Cal-Mag. It helped alot with my muscle aches and restless leg syndrome. The stuff helped me so much when coming off of Methadone. I am not a doctor of course so I would refer to them for the technical aspect but I tell you these things from experience. I will put good energy your way and you will make it. Keep your head up and talk to the people here at this forum they can be so helpful. Feel free to send me a message and I will try to give you support. Good luck my friend.

Honestly if you are doing 8 to 10 a day life is going to be hell for about 4 or 5 days.  If you can get ahold of suboxone it will definitly help get rid of the withdrawals and cravings almost completely.  The problem is you do not want to do alot of the suboxone just enough to get rid of the withdrawls.  Try to use the subs for about 4 or 5 days and you will have to stop or you will be just getting into a new addiction. subs contain burenephrine (SP?) which is a powerful opiate stronger than even the oxycodone in perc.  try to tamper down as much as possible so that last day you are barely taking any.  I wish I could say that it was this easy but after the sub you will still experience withdrawals just more milder and the cravings wil start to burn in your mind again.  If you can find any xanys they definitly help take the edge off also but that to is addictive and do not use for more then a few days. benzos can cause worst withdrawal thans opiate. in order to recover you need to make the self concious decision that you want to get out of the horrible way of life you are dealing with.  Ive been an addict for one and a half years and ive tried subs Ive quit told turkey and I have a tend to relapse.  I am recently 2 weeks clean after my gf promised to leave me unless I stayed clean.  You can do it trust me just remember durring the withdrawal how awful your life was going and how badly you want your old life/MONEY you spent back haha.  From one recovering addict to another just remeber your not the only one who is dealing with this ****. there is light at the end of the tunnel you can do it.  Trust me Ive been clean two weeks and I feel better everyday.  Mind over matter keep telling yourself that its kinda like that old saying from junior high dare JUST SAY NO. your mind will repeatedly trick you into buying and taking more and honestly its not just a physical fight you have to fight with your thoughts and tell yourself you will beat this thing. let me know how your doing
