Your positive attitude in wanting to change your life around will take you far, this I can promise you. If it's one thing that helped me through my entire detox from Percocet, it was this forum along with all the members here who saw me through my good days as well as my bad days.

Another thing I can promise you, is that there is nothing negative that can come from getting off of these pills for good. Even though I am a mere 29 days sober today, my hardest task is yet ahead of me, and that is staying clean from the pills.

thanks cant wait to be clean i dont want to drink my life away and throw away my life anymore its time for a change..ive been a personal trainer for 9 years so i know alot about health nutrition and its like ive been living a double life all this time bodybuilder by day,body destroyer by night.
this site seems good for me even just the clicking of the keys as i write helps to take off some of the edge..

I agree  gabe. My DOC is vics. I am 27 days clean and still have emotional breakdowns. I cry for now reason. I am exremely irritable and grouchy and still have some anxiety off and on. It gets better some days. Hang in there. Everyone one here tells me it gets better and the all seem to know what they are talking about. This site has helped me so much.

it may take a bit..alot depends on how long u used and how much u took...also if u have a prior history of addiction....but a week or less is the norm..hang tight..have u read thru the health pages??lots of good info there...keep posting

the mental depression is the worst along with the anxiety ive been locked in my room for two days now basically. second time im going thr type of ew this too,u think i would of learned my lesson after doing it the first time but man they are so frfeaking addictive.. i got hooked on em 8 months ago started off cause of my wisdom teeth being pulled and with my addictive extreme personality i wanted more right away. didnt thin they were that powerfull at the beginning but know im scared my bodys really freakin hooked on pain killers pers,vics,roxcys,xanax. cant wait to feel my normal personality come back u know? i feel like a emotional wreck. been vomiting anything i eat chills come and go super weak from not being able to keep any food really down for two long..
