I don't know how far into withdrawals you are or if you have even started yet but everyone is going to tell you exercise. Now I know when I went through my cold turkey withdrawals exercising was the last thing on my mind.... At least at first. After a week or so I was able to start walking around the neighborhood but it still was tough because I too had tons of anxiety/panic. The only thing that seemed to help at first was taking my mind off of it with sites like this one and all the great people on here. I also just felt better staying in bed pretty much the whole first week with no appetite and terrible anxiety. It was a godsend finding this site. You just really have to be tough for a couple of weeks and I swear you'll get better fast. After the first few days things start to get better pretty quickly....except for your sleep schedule that's a different story for most at least. You should go read all the posts on the forums during my withdrawal three years ago. Maybe get some in site from it :) God Bless and you'll be in my prayers
There are drinks in the market like Vitamin Water , that has lot of vitamins and minerals that can help. You have to be careful with too much vitamins that can add to the diarrhea, that is usually a side effect of withdrawal.
Try staying away from any products with caffeine and sugars and drink chamomile teas through out..It will help you replacing fluids and take a bit of the edge from anxiety.
A bit of walking helps and so as warm baths.
Wish you good luck!
