Have you asked your Dr. abt.  Arthrotec ?   It is supposed to help out alot for people who can't take regular nsaids.

The Imodium (immodium) has something in it that is suposed to help with the receptors in the stomach.  It will help with the diareah too.   If you have muscle rub then go for that,  I use Voltaren gel alot for my arthritis.  It does seem to help.   Doesn't smell bad either.  Epsom salts in the hot/warm bath water, soak awhile.   Heating pads are wonderful too.   If you have muscle relaxers, then I would use them now.   Benadryl is suposed to help with sleep,  it didn't help me tho, but some say it did them.   Do stay hydrated,  gatorade, viatamin water,  good ole h2o and light foods for a few days.  I hope this has helped you or someone else out some.  Please read others' posts too for information that may help you.  Best wishes

Ella

To: to everyone who responded
Thank you so much. It's great to be able to talk to somebody about this who's been there. Plus I have no support from my family. They know nothing about this. I've always been known as the strong one. The great mother, sister, aunt, etc. But to me this is a great weakness that I'm so ashamed of. I have to be there for my kids and my grandaughter, who I am raising and it so hard because you can't tell them you're feeling like **** and just want to lock yourself in a room and cry. So once again thank you for the awsome support. It means so much to me.
