So just please be carefull. My life is so up and down now because of this drug habit. Don't put yourself at risk.

THC does alter the digestive system, dopamine release, and provide analgesia though. Take any chemical that affects the brain and body for that long and there will likely be a rough period as your body readjusts to life without it. That said... although THC could be culprit for the acid reflux, pain, sleeplessness, etc. it could just as easily have just been covering up any of those symptoms from other causes. And the only way to differentiate is to get an exam done. Just saying this because it's always better to be on the safe side when it comes to things like chest pain.
I went through a period of about a year and half where I smoked a LOT of pot. I never felt any type of withdrawal if I didn't smoke it for a few days or something. But when I stopped smoking for good - I went through a period almost exactly like you are describing. Including pain in my chest that wouldn't even allow me to sleep. Ended up going to a doctor and he just prescribed something for reflux that didn't help. So I always attributed my symptoms to unrelated anxiety/depression. But who knows? Better to be on the safe side and see a doctor if things have continued like that for more than a few days.
