post vicodin overdose effects

im my past about 8th months ago i had a drug problem with vicodin. i was taking 5/500 about 5 at a time for 5 days, yes i realize it was stupid.
i overdosed about 5 times not knowing much about it which was stupid and i have never touched it since. well anyways i keep taking it until one day i couldn't urinate. but i didnt realize until a few days later the damage i did to my body ever since then ive had muscular spasms in all parts of my body every day 20-40times, my sense of taste, smell, and sexual pleasure have never been the same. i went to my doctor he said that it has to get out of my head and it may take a while, he prescribed cymbalta and said it would quicken the process but every time i have taken it i would vomit and get headaches. i have no idea why it still effecting me i never did any again in 8 months i do a lot of physical activity and drink loads of water. does anyone know of anything that i can take or help fix my body thank you or am i ******?

Just to clarify, you said you were taking them for five days and you also overdosed five times? So did you overdose everyday for five days in a row? Or were these overdoses farther back in your past? I am sorry to ask so many questions I was just a bit confused by what you said. I have no medical background but I wouldn't think that using them for 5 days would cause all of these problems...do you think it could be caused by something else, or are you positive that the vicodin is the root of these new problems?

5 5mg at a time is not "that" much.  Why do you think your kidney problems are related to past vicodin use?

How do you know you OD'd?

I think i am confused.....you od'd 5 times 8 months ago and you havent touched vicodin in 8 months?  I would be going to a Urologist pronto to have this checked out.
