protein powder with aminos

Hi I am almost a month clean from alot of oxy as some of you know,I went cold turkey.I just bought a jar of the protein powder that contains all of the aminos.I did not want to go out and buy all of those seperately.I have been drinking it for a couple of days.Do you think that this will take care of my brain rebuilding needs?I hope so.I am now sleeping more and have some more energy but still get out of breath easily even though I run 2-3 miles every day and do not smoke.It reminds me of when I used to smoke years ago.Anyway would appreciate the help.Thank you for being here   r
