question about suboxonw with effexor, and what is buspar?

Ok, so my husband and i have been working on cutting back our usuage of oxycontin. The new year is going to be a new year for us (we've been seperated  but just got back together) anyway, my depression and anxiety is through the roof, so i told my md and she put me on effexor and gave me a few ativan. Now we are used to doing up to 2 80mg oc's a day and in the past 3 days ive done and 80, not at once but by taking pieces here and there to try to avoid that creepy crawaly feeling. I also have been using small pieces of suboxone or subutex (not rx'd to us) on the days we dont have the oc. I know this sounds like a crazy way but ive tried many ways and for some reason, this way im doing better with. Dont get me wrong I feel like **** and i am extremely anxious but im hoping the effexor will help with that, is effexor something that should not be mixed with suboxone. My dr does not know about the sub and no dr's in my area will prescribe it, they all speak badly about it, but it helps me, even taking the smallest pieces. And one more question......what is buspar, is it an anti-depressant, or do you only take it when having panic attacks like you would a benzo any info on that would be great.Sorry if i seem eratic, i have a sinus infection plus the w/d's. I havent been able to eat. Oh one more thing, does exercise really help get you through w/d's faster? What kind of low key thing could I do to start, i panic when i leave the house so walkings out, would pilates be good or do i need to get my herat rate going, wont i feel like im going to die because my heart is always racing anyway from my anxiety?????

Morning....

I am concerned about your drug usage, obviously, but I am most concerned about you self-medicating. Aside from the dangers of buying a drug like suboxone on the street, you are mixing drugs--which can be very dangerous. Also, you are exhibiting addictive behavior by popping a pill for everything.

Buspar is an anti-depressant, but it should be taken for short periods and according to a schedule. It is not the type of medication that you take every once in a while when the anxiety hits.

If you are going to continue, without a doctors advise, then please go do some research on the internet on the interactions of these drugs. Please be careful.

Yes, exercise does help. Try walking.

Good luck and take care of yourself.

i am trying my hardest to not rely on pills for every ailment. I just want to get through the next 3-4 weeks untill i can start to feel normal again, happy with my life, life w/o pills. Ive been so down lately, all i do is cry. I cant have my kids see me like that. I am the backbone of my family. Its like i have no coping skills lately. I dont even know how to deal with the terrible 2's my son is going through. Im snapping at everyone, and even when i take the pills (oc's) i dont feel that good, they almost make me feel worse. My husband doesnt understand, he could sleep all the way through his w/d. Which im happy he doesnt have to suffer with the whole anxiety/depression part, but thats what gets me the most. I was hoping the effexor would help level me out a bit in that department but i just found out that it will cost me close to $50 to get the RX. Which because i just lost my job and its right before xmas, i just cant afford that right now, so im waiting for the dr to call me with something different maybe but she's not in till tomorrow/ So what do I di till then...cry, feel my pulse every 5 seconds, try to deep breathe. Any suggestions for anxiety, i know exercise but because off the cold weather and all the snow we have, i cant walk with the baby, any idea's of things i could do indoors? i feel so alone and depressesd and sad and bla...
