Already you got yourself thinking that the withdrawal is going to be horrible. that may not be the case.
How many are you taking and for how long? This, and several other things, will make a difference in the process. And keep your chin up. the better your attitude, the easier it will be.
Remember to eat and stay hydrated. Try to exercise or at least walk a little. Hot baths help a lot to ease muscle aches. Are you at all into taking natural supplements?
