recovering addict brain function

I am a recovering addict I've been clean for 3 years will my brain ever be like someone who has never used drugs. I have trouble remembering simple words. I become anxiouse while doing nothing. Depressed even when I'm exercising. My ability to remember is the biggest consern. Thanks.
