how are you? well i totally agree if you can get a good nhs support team thats grand
but when you have one like ours where you just get your script and life ticks on honestly
its run real **** you couldnt trust any worker and the one i could trust had to go to another
team. She got me through the hardest part but when they mess your therapy up they
should have alot to answer for take care.

Hey it happens but the best thing you can do is not beat yourself up & get bk on track, It will seem harder for a few days coz you feel bad for using but it's only a lapse not a relapse your not full back into addiction. You can do it give yourself credit for how far you have come already.
I'm talking from expeirance & when i look back it was coz of how let down i made myself feel that i carried on useing, Stay strong & focused & you can do this one step at a time
Peace nat

Relapse is not a part of recovery. Relapse is something that can happen during recovery, thats why what cathy said about aftercare is so important. Like any disease addiction can be arrested but to keep it in check changes both physical and mental must be made and if nothing changes then relapse may be a part of your recovery.

How bad did you relapse.

Was it small or a huge thing? i.e. How much of what/how often.

I'm sorry that you relapsed but honestly I've heard that relapsing is a part of recovery. Don't be too hard on yourself. Instead use that energy to get off of them again and I have no doubt you will be clean again!! Let us know what you're taking now and how much and we are here to help!!
