hey guys...go to www.youtube.com and put in relaxation music in the search option...its peaceful and helping me a lil at the moment...as i sip my gingerbread latte

hey... they're is a CD that my taekwondo master recommended to me that i bought. it was more for meditating, but the music is sooooooooo relaxing.. its called " ZEN GARDEN ".. check it out...
