Hey there! They have Hylands Restless Legs, and Hylands Leg cramps, both can be found at Walgreens. Personally what worked for me, was Potassium supplements which is a very important factor in nerve transmission & muscle function, it made me feel a whole lot better. You can only really find it in 99mg tablets, but it is safe to take up to several thousand mg. I take about 4 or 5 tablets about 3 times a day. Also, cal/mag/zinc helps to! These are natural supplements that your body needs throughout withdrawls, and are lacking from our addictions. It really made a difference for me. Hope this helps! Julie
