Did u try heating pads, or wrapping your calves in ace bandages right when you get out of the tub?
Also, eating bannana's, and drinking alot of fluids...
I also took clonodine and that helped alot..
Some here have took hylands restless legs.......
Hang in there, it will get better.

your name hits the spot....how true...how moat of us feel and you put it in a nut shell with your name...exercis is a daily part of my life and i never had rls...others i chatted with who exercise/one was dance instructor, never had it either...i am not saying it will cure it...but i have seen a big diff in the amount of people who stayed active and the percentage who had rls....heat and massage helped my friend who had it...there is a supplement for it as well at the drugstore as some have it like my mom who r not in detox

Well, for me, the RLS was the worst of all my symtoms (symptoms), every time I detoxed. I hated it. I would take every other symptom double their potancey rather then have any RLS. I just hate it. Its the worst feeling. The trick to RLS is to actually try to sit through it and not move your body and it actually hurts to do this, but after like 10 mins of not moving your body, the RLS will stop. I mean you can't move a muscle, even though the RLS may do this for you depending on how bad. Also, for me, my RLS only occured at night, after I finally stopped moving. I learned after my third battle with RLS that if you start to feel it coming on, get up and walk around for about 10 mins. Then lay back down and try to sleep again. The trick is getting yourself to sleep. Once you do this, the rls will stop. But you may need sleep aids. For me, melatonin worked best. All this plus Hylands Restless Legs and heating pads..good luck
