hey just a quick question, my legs are driving me mad all day and all night i have no other majors problems with w/d just some mild diarrohea and a bit of a headache but my legs are killing me going to doc tomorrow any ideas on what he may do or is there anything else i can try i am desperate!!!!

Look and read my post below about RLS> Walking around and moving is what works for me. Banana's/Potassium supplements also work. Ask your dr. for Requip or Carbidopa. Both work great for RLS.....It will all be over soon......

Lisa is right... get as much potassium in you as possible...Als if you are seeing a doctor ask about clonidne ...it is a BIG help..

I have heard several people mention an over the counter medicine or supplement of some kind called Hyland's Restless Legs.  People have found this at the drugstore but I have also heard others having difficulty finding it - so - I'm not sure if you'll have it in the UK but it's one more idea to try....

my hubby back from work he went to pharmacy apparently to get potassium supplements you have to get a script from the doc!
