my hubby back from work he went to pharmacy apparently to get potassium supplements you have to get a script from the doc!
I have heard several people mention an over the counter medicine or supplement of some kind called Hyland's Restless Legs. People have found this at the drugstore but I have also heard others having difficulty finding it - so - I'm not sure if you'll have it in the UK but it's one more idea to try....
No . Not at All...It is a blood pressure Medication
silly question but is it addictive?
Lisa is right... get as much potassium in you as possible...Als if you are seeing a doctor ask about clonidne ...it is a BIG help..
read your post thanks lisa will talk to my doc tomorrow have phoned my hubby at work and asked him to bring a load of bananas home!!! xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Look and read my post below about RLS> Walking around and moving is what works for me. Banana's/Potassium supplements also work. Ask your dr. for Requip or Carbidopa. Both work great for RLS.....It will all be over soon......
Take Care, Lisa
