broweyedgirl gave you some sound advise. Take it easy and just stay the course clean. It will get better as lon as you don't give in. I have seen people hooked on clonidine too so my 2 cents are dont take it. You will only be switching your addictions to it. There is no doubt that once a pill addict allways a pill addict. Just do it one day at a time, keep posting and talking about it, be truthful and bring the disease out to the light. Once we do it starts to lose its power and grip over us.

You can do it!

Have you tried prayer yet?

I just said one for you.

I have heard clonidine had helped alot of people with wd.  Does the dr that prescribed the clonidine know you are taking atenol?  If your dr knows and he prescibed then it should probably be ok.  I mean, i would love to have some clonidine right now.  Going through severe wd's myself.  If you can tough it out then good for you.  I wish you the best and hope you feel better soon.

Hi! Welcome. The first 6 days of w/d i did nothing. I didnt even cook dinner for my family. I had zero energy and was sick. I thought it was all w/d but turned out a wicked sinus infection was brewing. Try and take care of you today. I hope you're feeling better soon.

To be honest with you I don't know anything about clonidine.  We all have to make our own decisions but I would say that if it isn't addicting and it makes you feel better take it.  If it is addicting I would totally stay away from it because then you're just trading one problem for another.

I totally agree with dbrowneyedgirl.  Don't even worry about the house work.  By far the most important thing is that you don't use.  You've made it to day six which means you're on the downhill side of the wd's.  In a few more days you won't be feeling many physical symptoms at all.  Don't bother with housework, or any chore you don't feel like doing unless it has to be done.  Just get yourself through a couple more days and things will be a lot better.

Hang in there a bit longer.  You're doing great.

Just be sick today. Take it easy as you possibly can. You're prolly feeling down cuz your sick and coming off opiates. The housework can wait. Believe me it'll be there tomorrow. Only do what you can. Take care of yourself and remember if you don't do anything today except not use then you did A LOT today. Take it one day at a time. You're doing pretty good not taking any opiates. Tomorrows another day. Live for today. Good work on 6 clean days. Hang in there. You'll feel better soon. I promise. Gotta go to work now. Hope you feel better :)
