scared

I thought I was going to go to sleep, but my anxiety is going crazy.  

I wrote a letter to my fiance telling him about this...The past few days (since Thursday) is the first time I've ever used my pain killers as an escape.  All I wanted was to not deal with things.  I felt like I couldn't keep that from him, I had to be honest and tell him what is going on with me.  I feel like a loser.  

I have taken my regular dose of ativan (.5mg 4 times a day).  I know during severe attacks that I can take up to 2 mg.  I am going to take that and hopefully it will at least keep me calm until around 10 when I can take ambien to go sleep.

Yes, I am taking ativan also.  But be careful, that can be addicting too.  It is very good for the anxiety attacks of the withdrawals though.  I'm so proud of you... you are doing it girlie!!!  That is awesome!!!  With the ativan you prolly are sleepin' right now lol...
