i have been teking about 3 80mg tabs a day for about a year tried to today to quit cold turkey. Thought i could because i am a very tuff person went about 18 hrs. then i ate a half of one  no better but i have to work and take kids to school there has to be a drug that stops the withdrawl (withdrawal) feiling.  just feel like i want to punch 100000000000000 hole in the walls and never stop. cannot keep my body still.    just scard do no  what to do.   my wife dosent understand... please somebody hellp

It takes a while, my suggestion and probably the best thing you can do is get your butt in the gym. It helps get your natural endorphins back. good luck

YOU REALLY SHOULD DECREASE YOUR AMOUNT GRADUALLY, WHAT I DID WAS INSTEAD OF SNORTING 200-300 OF OXI TRIED TAKING THEM WHOLE AND SEE HOW FAR I COULD GO, THEN GOT  PERC 5 TAKING 2 AT A TIME EVERY 2 HRS OR FURTHER IF I COULD STAND IT. AT NIGHT SLEEPING PILLS JUST TO GET SOME SHUT EYE IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE WHO HAS TRAZADONE THAT MIGHT HELP ALSO VALIUM OR SERIQUEL THE NIGHT IS THE WORST WHEN YOU ARE ALL BY YOURSELF SLEEP IS KEY. REDUCTION OF PERC THRU 3-5 DAYS SHOULD HELP WITH THEW/D SYMTEMS. NO NEED TO TOTALLY KILL YOURESELF TAKE IT EASY GRADUAL IT TAKES LONGER, BUT IT IS NOT THAT BAD. YOU CAN DO IT THAT WAY. IT LOOKS LIKE U HAVE THE FLU FOR 5 OR 6 DAYS,AFTER THAT IT SHOULD BE MANAGEABLE. IT SEEEMTO BE WORKING FOR ME. ALL THE BEST MY FRIEND
