silly question but just curious

i took my last pill on friday at 2pm.  how do people count the days they are going through wd's?  who counts days from thier last dose or who counts days by the mornings?  is that making sense?  at 2pm today it will 48 hours, is that day two?  or is tomorrow morning day 2?  i don't know if this makes any sense, i'm really out of it as i'm sure you all understand!!!  i just want these days to be over with so badly!!!!!!!!  i want day 6, 7, 8, to be here!

i stopped on the 6th of februsary and instead of keeping up with it by hours,..i just celebrate on the 6th...of each month...feb 6th will be one year since i quit hydros..coming up very soon

Start a tracker for the pills put zero on your quit date and mark it everyday.. I know at time during wd I would get confused counting the hours and the days ran together.. You are into your 3rd day by now.. You can do this... soon it will be those days you want to count... lesa

the way I did it was friday you had pills but saturday you had none so saturday would be your first day clean so that would be day one? I hope that made sense to you I'm still having a little problem mysself as you can see.anyway good for you in my book you are two days clean!YEAH!!!!!! keep on keepin on
