skin

This may seem gross but I am wondering if anybody has experienced something similiar.    I am on day 15 and still taking the vitamins in the Thomas Rec.   My face seems especially oily and this is not very common for me.
Is this the vitamins or part of the "detox"?  Another question...how do you find a support group?

yes about the skin :)

i thought my skin was going to glow  and it was the opposite Lol

but don't worry because with  time it does improve and "glow"...i can only think that we detox also through the skin and vitamins are good for the skin too ( they are recommended with oily skins types...)  so it's not because of them.

IBKleen...I looked up the na groups but it is confusing~The graph that shows the groups says that "Closed To the public'  THe box is checked ..Yes.  Does this mean not taking any more members?  I understand that you may not have ALL these answers but just maybe somebody is a little more familiar with this.  I certainly am not.  Another  ??.. A friend of my brothers is active in a NA or AA group..would it be appropriate to ask her questions about groups??  She is open about her addiction and recovery however I do not know how the groups work..if it is totally confidential...cant "bring a friend"???   any input is appriciated

A closed meeting means it is closed to the public, addicts only. In other words, don't bring your spouse, mother, etc.

If you know someone who is active and open, by all means, ask away. She could probably turn you on to some good groups and introduce you to some members. Great idea!!
