sleep does return!!

hello there,,,as most of you know that when going clean, sleep is a hard thing to get....well i have no idea how long i've been drying out,,,might be close to a month...i honestly don't know anymore unless i do math...screw that...anyway i don't get much sleep..i've been working kinda steady and have been sleep deprived for days and dayz and dayzz,,,zzzzzzzzzzzzz,huh,,, oh sorry...anyways,,,i was supposed to work today but i actually slept last night and it did not stop when it was supposed to...i was to get up at 5:45 am but was awakened at 9:45 am by the wife saying"aren't you supposed to be at work"....well wholly sizzit...i jumped up ran around confused and unsure of what the hell was going on.....i got my brain together and took a drink so i didn't sound like a sleeper...i called my super,BA for the union and made up stuff so i did not sound like a complete loser....text a bud...worked it all out and i don't think it dammaged me to badly...i guess i'll find out tomorrow............my point is I SLEPT!!!!wooooohoooooo...but of course the best sleep i have had in a month just happens to mess  with my good standing at the new job and may hinder any future with them still but the point is i slept good////it does return....i opi'd myself again........but slept like a baby,,,no sorry not like a baby....i did not pisss , shyt myself  and cry all night.....i slept like a baby for the past month...i guess i slept like a man last night....(i either turned off alarm in a coma or just forgot to turn it on,dono)........so........sleep does return....or total exhaustion will take over and you will sleep....either way...i will take it and so would you.....ok,,,,tha is all...............peace...may we all remain handcuff free...(no matter what your handcuffs are)

hey man, i missed ya around here. glad you got some sleep, just a little too much, haha. you must be close to a month clean now, you shoulda marked the date. just glad to hear you working and keeping busy. how's the snow there, im coming down in a month. thanks for the update and it's good to hear from ya. peace.

I remember when sleep really came back. It was 9-10 hours a night for several weeks. The pendulum swings before it settles into normal, if we can even know what that is.

I am glad to hear from you!!  I missed the comic relief you provide us.  I got sleep last night too, I woke up at 5:45, I had to be at work at 7:15 and I work an hour away.  I still needed to drop the baby at my parents.  I freaked out.   I have a baby though, so he is my alarm clock, I can't turn him off.

have also been paying attention to who is where with recovery,,goood job....i read everything everyday,,,,,opi has his eyes on you guys,,,(using two fingers and gesturing like a cop).......i just napped...lol....big drool mark on the cushion....lmao....wife loves that ****....she is probably wondering why i'm so tired,,,,i swear baby it is all natural,,,,it's not the nod....to bad,,,i was having such a good hair day,,,now i got pillow head on one side(drool gel)...ok...i'm awake now,,,i should work out as punnishment for not working....doh!...the workout thing will never last if i consider it punnishment,,,,here i'll try this...as a treat for napping/sleeping,,,i will reward myself with a workout,,,,that's better....ah screw it...i'lll lay the other way for a bit and level off my head,,,,night night...........

maybe i should borrow a baby......hey fire,,,what's your baby doin mon-frid between 5 -6 am.....or,,,i should buy a baby monitor and try to pick up some neighbours baby..nah...that thing has an on/off switch....yup,,,,guna need your baby fire...we can purolate it back and forth,,,,,cool?.....oh.....is it a he or she not that it matters i just don't want to call it an "it" anymore.....          ;)

My baby is a boy, he's name is Ian.  Your welcome to borrow him, so that I can sleep in sometime.  Yeah the baby monitor you can turn off.  Sometimes I turn the monitor off and hope he will go back to sleep but he only cries louder.  Can't ignore him when he is screaming.
