I slept for a full 9 hours last night!!!  I was so amazed when I opened my eyes this morning and realized the clock said 8:30.  That hasn't happened in couldn't tell you how long.  This definitely made for a very positive day.  I was able to play with my kids and not feel annoyed easily. I had energy that I haven't had either.  Got laundry done, picked up the house.  I hope it continues, however I do realize that there is a good chance it won't and I think I will be okay with that!!

Congratulations.
Sleep has a huge impact on our health and really isn't given the true respect it requires.
NOW - don't overdue it, only to be too fatigued the next day.
Enjoy, enjoy and keep the ball rolling....as it were.
