sleeping well, feeling ok

sleeping well, feeling ok

i continue to feel better, and sleep much better, after 3 weeks of hell in my bed sleeping is now a pleasure, even wakeing up in the night is enjoyable because i can go back to sleep easily and comfortably.
days are much better, 3 weeks with almost zero sleep left me feeling very odd, but ive had a few much better nights rest now and am begining to feel well.eating more, resting easily, calm mood, energy, all things that are new again and much appreciated.

that scares me to know that you went 3 weeks with w/d symptoms....wow that really scares me lol i've got a big detox coming up i'm on day 1 right now....and i can deal with aches, cravings, sweats, diarrhea, but the one thing i can't deal with is the RLS/no sleep issue i don't do xanax and all that so that isn't an option and i'm on blood pressure meds i've heard not to mix sleep meds with that or else i would try sleep meds to rest but i'm glad your feeling better now i hope i don't go through that long w/o sleep :( if you could let me know how many you were taking ....i was taking six 10mg lortabs a day then i stopped......take care, B

The real bad w/d are just the first few days!  The rest is a slow recovery process.  Some sleeping problems, anxiety.  Thats the part when I really needed to post so that I could make sure what I was going through was normal.  It's not fun getting there bot it is worth it.  We will be here for you.

honestly, i was getting my pills from a guy who knew a guy, i dont know what i was taking or how much?
(percs, vicodins oxy morphene etcetc)
some pills worked better than others, i was taking them for a back injury, ended up taking them for over 3 years......had no idea what stopping was going to be like, one day i figured my back was comfortable enough to stop taking the pills so i did,  then 3 days later i was desperate enough to find this forum.
