I haven't been around because I slipped. I have done done a quick taper then ct and it has been worse than before. I never threw-up like this time. Also I haven't been sneezing. Anyway you live and learn. I know one thing this is hell on the body.

So what did you learn?
And what is your next plan?

by Downey, Aug 01, 2008 03:22PM
I learned I didn't get any backup support. My plan of action is to get well and not start. I also learned out of sight out of mouth.

all the more reason to be around. it's very difficult getting back up after a relapse, but if you can learn something from it, then you can fix it. like broknbck said ask yourself some of these questions and move on from there. welcome back and get all the support you can right now, i do believe that's important, good luck
