smoked weed 6 days ago, still feeling weird

hi, well im 15 and i tried my second joint last friday. since then i have been feeling in an almost dreamlike state, my legs feel so light, i can hardly feel anything, my heart rate just randomly goes up and down, and it really is starting to scare me. ive read that on some people, this effect will never wear off, is this true? ive also seen that some people have had this effect on them last for longer than a month, but the skunk should only stay in your system for about a month, right? im honestly at a loss at what to do, so any help would be appreciated.

thank you. x

Leave the drugs alone. You make the choices that will affect the rest of your life now. Pot and any other drugs are a road to hell. Trust me on this one. Go on with your life, do all the cool things you wanna do - except drugs. Drugs **** with your mind in ways you dont even want to know about. if I were you I would leave them alone and next time your offered just say no thanks I don't do drugs. ALL of the people here would have turned down drugs flat if they had only realized where it leads to. Be smart and if you need to, change your associates you ones who dont do drugs.

I wish there was a way to modify posts on this site, but anyway I'm not trying to discourage you my young friend.  Post as often as you like if you feel like you need some help.  And to answer your question, yes pot can stay in your system - stored in fat cells - for up to a month.  But, the effects are over after you "come down".  So 6 days later the only effect it should be having on you is possibly losing your job if you get drug tested.  So do yourself a favor and stop smoking pot.  I've never met a successful/motivated pot smoker in my life, nothing good comes from it or any other drug.

God I wish I could just grab every teenager that comes on here and just shake the desire to experiment with drugs out of em!  From reading your post, it doesn't sound like the pot has anything to do with your current problems.  2nd joint?  5 days ago...please?  Whatever is going on with you is some pre-existing problem.  But the pot could be weighing heavy on your mind and maybe guilt is getting the better of you.  Stop using drugs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stay away from the weed, then you dont have to worry about feeling like this.  Look thru the posts here and see what dabbling in drugs does to you.........sara

If you can see your Dr. then that's what you should do...you'll feel better sharing and being checked.  In the meantime...stay away from pot, drink a lot of cranberry juice and keep moving.   It's good that you feel a little better today.  But do see the doctor.

Good luck~~

so what do you think i should do? everyone else is saying that wait for your system to clean out, just relax and take it easy,k saying that its all in my head. but ive been having trouble sleeping and so on.. i mean today, i dont feel as worse as i do yesterday, which i can assume is only an improvement. it feels like my legs are feather light, and im thinking of doing some running to get the feeling back into them. becuz someone suggested exercise. do you think i should see my doctor? thanks for your reply mate. :)

It's could be panic attacks. I got them when I was younger after smoking weed. It sounds just like what you are talking about. It's weird but the doc put me in a low dose of lopressor for the heart racing aNd it worked. my symptoms lasted about 2 years I think.
