smoking E cigarettes to help you quit while pregnant

hey everyone im trying to quit smoking an today i havent had any cigs caus i got  a E cig when i got up. Does anyone know how safe this is to help quit smoking it has 1.6% nicotine by volume. I so want to stop i have smoke for 10 years an i know its time to kick the cigarettes out of my life. If anyone has any helpful tips that has work for them or any info about the E cigs please let me know, ive only had the E cig for today so if it not the best way to go im sure that my baby is ok im 9 weeks today. Different juices contain different chemicals. Be careful the e cigarette doesnt contain diethylene glycol..It Dangerous.. If it does Google Diethylene Glycol. Their are many reports on it being Dangerous in e cigarettes they use the product in Anti freeze..Just thought i would let you know..

Hi Allison.  Congrats on your baby.  I have an E Cigg and I love it.  My mom bought it for me last July.  I have just recently started using it because at the time I was not ready to quit.  The smoke from the Electronic cigg is just water vapor so that cannot harm the baby.  The nicotine is such a small amount it should be fine.  Talk to your doctor.  I have known a lot of women that  have smoked their entire pregnancy.  Not good for baby so it is great you are going this route.  good luck
