sniffing effects of oxycontin

I was reading up the effects of crushing up the oxys and it read that doin so would or could result in an overdose.. i am in the process of tapering off... i was just woundering just for peice of mind what the dose would have to be to actually overdose... i am currently on 120mgs a day and dropping.. i am scared a night sometimes to fall asleep do to respitorie depression.. thanks any feedback would be appriciated.

i also think as you do opiates...more and more...they are in your system...so if you are doing 120mg a day there way still be 30 mg floating around in you from the previous night.

it's a dangerous game...that's why you should stop now.

the pain of quitting is much better than the end result of staying on them...death.

That is a question that can't be answered. Everyone has a different tolerance towards opiates. For some it could take as little as 40mg I would guess. For others it could be quite a bit more. If you are really wanting to get off of them for good, you found a great forum. There are some wonderful and amazing people on here that will not judge, just give you advice and encouragement.
Since you are tapering the first thing I would do is start taking them orally. Snorting can be so much more addicting. You never know when you could actually od so you should stop right away.
