I'm on day 4. It's not unbearable the Epsom salts baths have been the best. Also, I was finally able to get dressed & go to a meeting. I even shared& told them where I was at. They were so kind & loving. I have a lot of experience with NA/AA. If they are any other way I'd be surprised & find the right group. You can do this. Stay on this site & go to meetings. This isn't about them it's about your life.
Good! It sounds like you're on the right track this time.
You're scared to see someone you might know at a meeting? What are you afraid of? Judgement? You'll see THEM, as well. It's usually pretty cool at the meetings...
The clonidine will help, as I said. Take Immodium, as well. Sips of peppermint tea for your tummy. Get your safeguards in place for tomorrow so you don't cave.

Glad you made it back. If you think youa re going to cave then that tells me you still have access to them. Not good at all. The temptation will pull you down and you probably will cave. I know I did too many times to count. You need to remove all obstacles in your way and set yourself up for success. Aftercare is a must. No time like the present. Here is the link to a meeting near you. Don't wait until you "feel better" because I promise you..you will never go.

I've deleted my dealer's number out of my phone. I didn't last time thinking that I could still take them from time to time. I know now that I can't. I went from 30mg daily to 250mg so fast. I can't believe how much I was taking. Even my dealer was kind of amazed.
I need to go to NA meetings, even though I'm scared. Scared of seeing someone I know there.
I've also been 100% honest with my husband this time, I've always tried to hide it from him in the past. He has been so supportive and loving. I don't know why I ever kept it from him.
Call the doctor who prescribed the medicine, to find out whether you should stop taking it or take a different one.
The clonidine helps more than anything and that's an appropriate dose. Do you still have Hydrocodone available to you? You need to get rid of it if you do.
What do you plan to do differently this time?
