Just keep hanging on....i promise it does get better.  You can try some Melatonin for sleep.  I used to drink a glass of warm milk.......

Where do you live? There is an OTC medication called Highlands "Restful Legs" You can get it at a Walmart or Walgreens. It cost around $6.00 and I SWEAR by it. Give it a try.

I am in Canada and got melatonin and Shoppers Drug Mart. Most drug stores have it. Melatonin does not work for everyone, but it knocked me out. Congrats on those 9 days, it will keep getting better. Hang in there dude!

Vancouver Eh? (had to put the Eh in there)  My favorite place in the WORLD, like being on another planet  (a nice one, with nice people).

The sleep thing got bad for me around the same place you are now.  Not trying to scare you but you may be in for a few restless nights yet.  Don't toss and turn in bed, come here and read and post or watch a movie but lying in bed is very frustrating.  Frustration is not a helpful state when doing this.

Day 26 for me and sleep has returned.  I'm not sleeping as long as before but I find I don't really need to I have so much more energy.   It's because I'm out of my fog.

(No you don't Gizzy, you're a 3 hour drive away from it!!!!!!  I know because I'm driving it again this afternoon!!!!)

Hang in there forum, you're doing awesome, it get's way better soon.

Ummmm, ya I do Bob!!!!! It's a few hours west to the border in Detroit and a few hours east to the border in NY,but not a few hours south.  Being near Toronto is about as south as you can get in this country, give or take a few kilometres south.  I love it here.

Forumryder, I have always wanted to visit Vancouver. 2 of my buddies visited there a couple years ago and said it was amazing. Congrats on double digits today bud:)
