sober happiness made me crave. Agh.

Wow.  I just had a wave of happiness come over me without the use of drugs.  An actual like energetic wave of euphuria that was all natural but it actually made me want to use so bad.  When I took the pills as soon as I would feel the first high it would me make want to take a couple more to keep the high going longer and stronger.  It was pretty scary that my second reactino to happiness was wanting pills.  Agh.  I am on this site to say it all aloud and help myself get through.

Great job! Enjoy the happiness and know you don't need the pills for it! You will have many more days of the happiness without them! Stay strong you can do this!! And now you know u don't need them to be happy! Focus on the positives, positive energy goes a long way!!! Congrats to you
