Withdrawal from any opiate can be rough but it's perfectly doable.

It's paracetamol (acetaminophen), caffeine and codeine.  Different name, same old stuff :)

Hi PJ and welcome to the forum.

You're very far from being alone! If you browse through the postings you'll find lterally hundreds of others dependent on OTC pain meds.

Were you prescribed them by your doctor or did you buy them yourself? Did you start them for pain, and if so, is the pain still an issue?

Do you have a good relationship with your doctor and would you feel able to discuss things with him/her?

There are ways of coming off, and you'll find all the support you need right here on the forum.

Take care
