is soma bad on the stomach.i started taking them 2 weeks ago.3-325mgs a day and my stomach has given me problems

Yes they are that is one side affect.. They are also harsh on the liver and kidneys. Be careful with them.. They are a Benzo..

soma is not a benzo....sorry 10356 , soma chemical is carisoprodol, it metabolizes into an anti-anxiety drug used recreationally and for anxiety problems called meprobromate the brand name was called milltown,...everyone reacts different to all substances, so your stomach problems could be caused by it,theres no telling exactly why that is, most ppl just get relaxed, minor anxiety relief, and get real drowsy...benzodiazepines are drugs such as valium(diazepam), xanax(alaprazolam), klonopin(clonazepam), ativan(lorazepam)....they are two types of benzos hynotic/sedative ones, and anxiolytic ones, the hypnotic ones are for severfe insomnia and certain other disorders for mostly night time and include benzos such as temazepam(restoril), triazolam(halcion), nitrazepam, and the anxiolytic ones are xanax, klonopin, ativan, valium, and many many mire, there are hundereds of benzos being prescribed, the ones i mentioned ar ethe msot widely abused and most often prescribed....soma is presccribed as a muscle relaxant

I took them for years and didnt have stomach problems.
