sooo on to day 4 clean

sooo on to day 4 clean

Well I at 6 pm western time i will be 4 days clean. It feels good to be getting clean after this relapse. Thank god i dont feel as half as depressed as i was yesterday! =) the w/d's are pretty much gone just having cravings and the mental stuff so i am just combating that with staying busy and hitting NA EVERDAY! I made a mistake of not going enough now im going to make sure i dont do that again. Time to get back into the football workout also. I will pray for all of you still out there struggling and just remember never lose hope the other side is like a whole new life filled with enjoyment.

Congratulations BornofOsiris - its good to see you back here.  I remember your posts a while back.  Geat that you have four days clean.  Stick to your program and hit as many meetings as you can - most recommend a meeting a day for the first 90 days.  Keep posting and let us know how you are doing, the friends and support here on MH will also help a lot - This site has helped keep me clean for 6 months - and counting.  Take Care

Great job on those 4 days now and glad your starting to feel a lil better. It's not easy getting back up after a relapse, but with each day that passes, we get a lil stronger. I think the meetings will be great for you, so keep working it man. Sometimes we find strength in our weakest moments. Congrats on getting back on track:)
