Smitty - go to your last post and check out the comments from people on jumping from 2 mg.  If you can taper a little bit further, it will not be as bad.  You asked if there was anything that can help with the w/d - many physicians prescribe clonidine for withdrawal, it helps with the jittery jump out of your skin feeling.  You may want to talk with you doctor about getting some of that to help for a few days.  Good Luck.

oh...btw...dont confuse 2 mgs of sub with 2 mgs of hydro or oxy..u r in a different ballpark..for most of us 2 mgs seems like nuttin as far as narcotic go...when i was outa pills 2 mgs sent me a jolt and kept me nice and 'peppy" all day...and i was a 100 mg a day hydro user...2 mgs of sub made me feel lots better than 100 mgs of hydro and is why i did not choose it to quit...just giving u an idea of what /where/ the dose u r jumping off of right now of sub..u can not compare it with other narcotics as it packs some power even at a 1 mg dose...we r all different..just saying 2 mgs of sub is enuf for most of the addicts here to feel "fine" and go about their day with the nrg and positivity they felt from their doc...talk to ur dr...be safe..taper down..u can jump from 2 mgs/it wont kill u..just do not expect to feel hunky dorey if u decide to do so..u may be sick and tired and ready to go for it...like i said/we r all different..if u r not attending any aftercare then u need to start as u will be in a fragile period for a while that could cause relapse..dont waste ur hard work and money u spent on this drug..do it the right way..back urself up...relapse can not be an option

i do believe u posted as of late and 2 mgs is a high dose to jump off of if u have been on sub for a while....is ur sub dr helping u?

ya told him to try to go down to a crumb to make it a bit milder

Have you stopped at 2mg? Or have you come down to 2mg? If you stopped at 2mg, then you're on too high of a dose to jump from. Unless you did a short taper, jumping at 2mg will be pretty awful. Most recommend jumping at .5mg or less.
