I'll give you a couple of links, I'm not sure if they'll help, but you might want to check them out. The 1st one is to the Samhsa Website. They have Treatment Program locator. And the 2nd is to ODR. Just post your question on their subs forum, I'm sure someone over there can help. Here's the links:

Good Luck

Each state is different, but I do know that in MN there is what is called "Rule 25"
Assessments are completed for people in need of public funding to help pay for chemical health treatment.

Try googling for your location.

Good Luck.

The manufacturer of sub has a program two patients of each doctor can get sub for free. I'm sure you have to fill out some paperwork and have to qualify due to finances. You would still have to pay the doctor the monthly fee but I have heard it's the medication that's the expensive part. The only problem going this route is that you would have to call around and find a doctor that has at least one of the open positions for the free medication. If you do call around you could ask each doctor if they have an idea when one of the two will be done with the sub program. You can find more info at www.suboxone.com

There are a few programs out there, but unfortunatelly they fill up so fast.  It can be quite a battle to even find a doctor that has Buprenorphine Prescribing rights that dont have a wait list.

Part of this is due to the 30 and 100 patient rules.  Once becoming a certified Buprenorphine provider, the doc is only allowed to have a 30 patient case load on suboxone the first year. After this, they will then be allowed to treat 100 patients which is where they cap off.

Check out the here to help program:

And the National Alliance and Advocatesof Buprenoprhine:
www.NAABT.org

If at all else, try and find a doc that will write you a script for the generic subutex.  It is substantially cheaper than brand name suboxone.  About $3 a pill at most pharmacies.

Best of luck to you!

I live in Tn and am prescribed three 8 milligram strips of Suboxone a day. I have zero insurance and just can't afford them. I'm going broke quick. Is there any programs in my state that will help me pay for my prescription?
