well slept for about 5 hrs with the help of ativan, felt like a week, i am starting to beleive theree just might be a light at the end of the tunnel not sure but i am hopibg there is love and peace to all

Congrats on day 8/9!! There is light at the end of the tunnel! Keep heading toward it!!
