stupid question here

My son has recently made the switch from Methadone to Suboxone. He "held "at 16mgs for four days and has gone down to 14 for the last two says. So far so good.... BUT I am noticing some very obsessive behavior. Is that a side effect of MD WD or Sub use? He has a feeling of stuffiness in his ears that he can't leave alone and he has noticed a bald spot on the side of his head that he is freaking out about. Is the ear thing or patchy hairloss a side effect that anyone else has experienced or is this all obseesive overreaction to  normal minutia? I know that this is stupid compared to what everyone else here is going through- he is driving me a little crazy- but any thoughts on this ?

None of those side effects from the Sub for me either.  By the way, there is no such thing as a stupid question. Especially here.

I hear hair loss and problems with teeth are from methadone. I'm on Sub and don't have any of those problems either.
Sorry, can't help you there.

I am on suboxone but don't have any of these side effects.  I'm sure his body is going through alot right now with the switch, but I would check with his sub doctor to be sure.
