Hi April & Welcome,

I read your other post and I got chills. My heart breaks for you because I hear the pain and despair.

I need to tell you --- THERE IS ALWAYS HOPE. Don't you dare give up.

What I think you seriously need to consider is getting into an in-patient treatment center for the physical withdrawal and the mental as well. You need to be medically monitored and your brain need to be re-wired. If there is any way you can get into treatment, please consider it.

Keep posting and listening and talking with the members here. Most of all, be good yourself.

Hi April, welcome to MH.  Like IBK said, there is always hope love.

I absolutely agree again with IBK, seems inpatient treatment is best for you.  Please remember that NO mountain is too high to climb.  There is nothing that is impossible.  You need help, that is for sure.  But there is help out there.  First thing I would do is find another doctor.  The one you have has you on too much medication.  Be open and honest. And take help when its offered.

It seems like such a hard thing to do, such a dauting task but April others have done it before you.  There are so many people in your situation.. Some in a better way, others in a worse way.  You can do this.  Do it the right way.  Do a google search for inpatient treatment centers.  Find a good trusted doctor you can be honest with.  You dont have to do this alone. There is much support on this site to help you in your recovery.  You can also find support in an NA or AA program.  But first, you need a medically asisted detox.  They are out there.

You CANNOT put a price on your life.  Your freedom.  Your clarity.  There is no amount of time you cannot give to regaining your life, your freedom, your sanity and your clarity.

I will keep you in my prayers.  I hope you realize that you can do this and it is not hopeless.. there is help available to you.  Good luck and God bless.
