suboxone withdrawals

I am having withdrawals from subxone after being on it for 5 weeks and tapered off. The last dose I took five days ago was 1/8th of an 8 gram pill. I amd really feeling awful. The reason I took Suboxone was to get off the Dilaudid I was on for 8 weeks due to back pain.  I am so sick from these withdrawals. Please do you have any advice?

As impossible as it seems to do any moderate excercise you can do can really help. When I was coming off of sub after 18wks days 2-8 were the roughest days, after that I noticed some improvements with each day. I did take clondine 3x/daily which helped relax me some, I took alot of hot baths and showers which really helped. For me the biggest hurdle was trying to sleep, so I did have a short script for a sleeping aid for the first week, then I started taking remeron and 5mgs of melatonin at night. With all the horrible detoxes Ive gone through a couple of things Ive learned is laying in bed all day only makes things worse, along with keeping a positive frame of mind. Realize that your really at the height of the w/d, physically it shouldnt get any worse and hopefully you will start to feel better with each day. Try to keep yourself hydrated, eat healthy, maybe check out parts of thomas recipe for some vitamins/amino acids you could take.
