i also agree it savedmy life and alone the noone talks about the suboxone not having the bad effects on the liver as tylenol or other drugs do suboxone is exited out the same way as waste if you know what i mean so iam so glaD for the opportunity to have been one to discover the good side even though i know some time i will have to come off these but when i do i will also have changed my thinking process as i have already begun to do so i think i will be able to fight even harder thanks again and as always i do love everyone opions because they all matter to me God bless
wow, i think you are the first person i have seen on here in the middle of a Sub WDs. day 14 and how are you doing?

I have to agree 100% with mr.lucky66. I took subs long term, over a year now, and have never suffered the h**l of this kind of withdrawal. even going c/t off of oxys and vics was truly nothing compared to what the wd has been for me coming off the subs. I was like you though when i was taking it. I talked it up to all my addict friends about how it saved my life (and in retrospect it might have as there was no possibilty of OD-ing on it). but I am on day 14 of sub wd and my opinion has completely changed about it. i would never have taken it had I known. But this is just my experience and my opinion. There is no way to outrun the wd. the subs prevent the oxy wd but you will eventually face the wd from the subs. i wish you all the best, i truly do and mean that. I hope you have a better experience than me and at least you are discussing it. I did not knwo much about it except what the doc told me, which I found out to be miserably untrue. Good luck
the Sub aint cheap around here. neither are the doctors. and yeah, i am wondering what the others are about the WD from it after being on it for a long time. it is such a strong drug. i cannot imagine the WDs being any easier than any other opiate. isn't it just Sub-stituting (sorry ,couldn't help the pun!) one drug for another!

HOW DID U FIND SUB CHEAP?
I glad sub is working for your pain. I think you will find that coming off oxy is a walk in the park compared to long term sub. Many many people here have had a very hard time getting off sub. all the best
I 2nd that. A piece of cake? Hmm...well...keep up the good work. I wish you the best.
Hi Topcat, I sincerely wish you the very best in your recovery. Please let everyone know what you think of Sub after you attempt to come off of it. Many on here would like to see someone who can let it go without major W/D's. All the best.
