Depending on what dose you're on it sounds like you're hitting the peak of the w/d.  I agree with weaver71.  Stay hydrated and move around to avoid the restlessness.  Also, to battle the fatigue (this is going to sound counter-intuitive) I recommend you do aerobic exercise such as swimming or running.  This will kick start your natural endorphins to produce again as they have been laying dormant because the subutex has been producing them instead.  I also recommend going to a doctor to get a prescription for gabapentin to take the edge off the w/d symptoms.  Your subutex doctor should be willing to prescribe it for you if he/she is a good doctor.

Hang in there.  I've been there myself, and I know it CAN be done.  Let me know if you have any questions.  I'd be happy to help if I can.

So what dose where you on and what dose did you quit? You are in the thick if it, but you have the right attitude. Do whatever it takes, that's what it takes. You won't regret the worst of it. Try to keep moving around, and stay hydrated. You got it. Time is in our side, as long is we don't use. Are you in any aftercare?
