subutex withdrawal

I have been on Subutex for a little over a yr now (8mg). I have taken this dose the entire time and have not been weaned off in the slightest bit. I have not been able to set up an appointment to see my doctor for a refill because he is not calling me back or answering my emails (he has his patients set up appointments with him via email or on his website). Its like he is refusing to see me and I have no idea why. Isn't this illegal? How can you put someone on this type of medication then just stop seeing them and leave them with none. So, now I am apparently going cold turkey. My first question is can I report this doctor to someone or get him into trouble for doing this to me? I now know that I am not the first patient he has done this to. My other questions involve withdrawal symptoms. I am constantly sweating and freezing to death. It feels like I have the chills...in a severe form. Taking hot baths and staying bundled up indoors is helping with that a little. Also, I have a history of depression which has been under control with antidepressants until now....now I feel like I am starting to get depressed again. My lower back is also killing me and its hard to sleep. How long are these undesirable symptoms going to last? This sux!
