subutex?

has anyone done a real short subutex taper and gotten off and stayed off ? i am going every month from subutex to percocet and i always say im going to taper but then my doc appt comes around and i get more percs . then i try to taper off them and by day 4 im so spaced out from taking thm i just keep taking them till im done then i go back on the subutex , 120 pills last me 15 days , i take 8 per day , 4 servings of 2 pills 10/325

i want to stop but the subutex puts me in a daze and i cant concentrate or even work right i feel really stupid on this drug , the percs i feel great and on top of the world .

can someone help me out here i have been on for 6 yrs and i dont want to do it anymore , i want to taper of the percs i think , i hate this subutex **** .
