With my head pounding I didn't fully explain my situation. I stopped vioden on my own in June, then "slipped" and have been weaning . I noticed the few I had left in my makeup bag were a lower dose from a past surgery. I wasn't aware until I looked at the bottle cause I started getting terrible headaches 3 days ago. I can't tell if this is part of withdrawing again or a sinus deal. I took my last pill yesterday am, the headaches were already present 2 days prior. Thanks for your input.. I am continuing my detoxing and will see if headache stops soon. I just didn't have such a constant headache when I stopped before?

HI headaches are common any time they switch meds around if it persists talk to your doctor and he/she may be very well stepping you down off narcotic the first step is a reduction in dose next will be the amount....if your like many of us you will be more pain free without the pain pills I know I am hang in there good luck and God bless......Gnarly

Yes, it could cause a headache, but you need to address this with your doctor.  Only he/she can tell if it is that or something more serious! : )  Good luck!
