Way to go!! I tried tapering several times and could not do it. I still have headaches occasionally and found just regular tylenol helps more than anything. Just 2-4 in a 24 hr pd instead of 20,000 mg a day!!! I was on a crazy amt of lorcets. Anyway, the lack of energy ***** and it will be awhile before it returns. Just get movin and it will help. Hang in there man, you have come a long way! Congrats to you!

Hot baths helped me ALOT with the chills and muscle aches.
