Tanning helps the S.A.D. immensely. As does high power light therapy.
not sure what that is. sorry. I can tell ya the sun does feel good on the body. When I was on day 2-3 last week it was 60 degrees here and sun shining and every day i would go out on the balcony and just sit in the sun for about 30 mins then go hide again. But the sun sure felt good. Good luck.
well a doctor actually told me before that if you suffer from seasonal depression to go to a tanning bed of some sort once a week, for 10-15 minutes. so i figure as long as i am not doing it ALL the time, maybe it would be okay....as for sex, that is a whole diff story for me. with endometriosis that isn't always as fun as it sounds :(
not healthy...but the tanning bed always seems to help energize me...im so pasty white...i think im going to attempt going to the gym today...they have tanning beds...so i will tan and hopefully gain some energy to work out...then just like hopsing94 sex....im gonna have to give in to that really soon :)
Excersice is great and there is not better exercise than .... Ya know

exercise makes a big difference in healing ...I HATED working out before I went threw withdrawal now I cant imagine my life without it .I am in better shape at 36 then I was in my teens .
yeah i am thinking about hitting up the tanning bed right after work. i get that seasonal depression already, this PAW stuff def doesn't help! i don't really have a exercise schedule, even though i should....i am looking into joining the Y so i can actually have a place to go. and take advantage of the sauna!!!

Sun might do the trick ,it does for me . I don't do well without sun.When we lived in WA state I was very depressed . I have never felt as good as I do here in SC .So sun tanning , or light therpy my really help.how much exercise do you do daily ?
